Energy Venture is offering for sale its working interests in nine producing oil and natural gas properties and two non-producing properties.  Listed from south to north, the producing properties are located in the Eckville, Medicine River, Bittern Lake, Bonnie Glen, Niton, Sexsmith, Nipisi, Gift and Talbot Lake/Panny areas of Alberta.  The non-producing properties are located at Niton West and Zama.   

Recent daily production net to Energy Venture from the properties has averaged approximately 153 boe/d, which is comprised of roughly 606 Mcf/d of natural gas, 43 barrels of light oil per day and 9 barrels of natural gas liquids per day.
