CORPORATE INFORMATION

Horizon Energy Ltd. is a private company with only four shareholders, that holds minor non-operated working interests in four producing natural gas wells and one shut-in natural gas well that is currently being tied-in just west of Edson, in the Obed area of central Alberta.  Other than mineral leases on one half-section of land in the Acheson area of Alberta, there are no other assets or liabilities in the Company. 

The Company, which was incorporated in 2007, has focused on developing the Obed property, which was discovered in 2008.  Now that the Property is developed, some of the shareholders wish to be provided with liquidity; as a result the Company is being sold at this time.  

Shareholders, Management & Directors  

Horizon has four shareholders, one officer, one director and no full-time employees.  Administrative overhead is minimal, with less than $100,000 paid in professional fees annually.  There are no management contracts.
