CORPORATE OVERVIEWOnyx 2006 Inc. (“Onyx” or the “Company”) is a private oil and natural gas company which was incorporated in 2006. Onyx’s main producing property is located in the Pembina area of Alberta, where the Company currently produces the majority of its current total of approximately 500 boe/d of oil and natural gas. A recently-drilled and completed horizontal well at Pembina, which is currently being tied-in, is expected to add an additional 500 boe/d of production. There is potential to significantly increase production and reserves from the Pembina area, as the Company holds a high (mainly 100%) working interest in 12.5 sections of undeveloped land where it has identified low risk operational opportunities that could enhance the value of the property, including the drilling of as many as 38 horizontal Cardium oil wells. These operations, most of which have not been included in the Company’s reserve report, could potentially lead to a several fold increase in Onyx’s production and reserves.
