The following production plot for 2026 outlines the recent reactivations and repairs completed by Highvale.
The well Long Run Cherhill 100/08-27-056-06W5/0 was reactivated in March 2026. The injection well valve at 100/14-23-056-06W5/0 was repaired in May 2026, and the compressor panel at 02-25-056-06W5 was repaired in June 2026. Base production recovered quickly after each event, confirming a resilient, low-decline production profile.
Since acquiring the Cherhill property in late 2025, Highvale has invested in facility integrity and regulatory work, and the Property is currently well-maintained and in good standing.
The Company completed a thorough Alberta Energy Regulator assisted inspection and identified several items that were all resolved and brought into compliance.
Meter calibrations and an updated ERP were completed and are considered current. All ultrasonic testing work was completed at the 02-25-056-06W5/0 facility including a major treater repair that was finished at the end of 2025.
A turnaround was completed at the 06-26-056-06W5 satellite facility which keeps the site compliant until the end of the third quarter of 2031.
Cherhill Upside
The Company has identified stacked upside potential on its lands at Cherhill in the Banff, Belly River, Ellerslie and Viking formations. The majority of the land base is undeveloped. The Cherhill property is located in a mature producing area, with low exploration risk.
The Company has identified four conventional reservoir stacks on its lands as shown in the following image. The area has generally been developed with vertical wells, before modern horizontal completions were available. It is believed that implementing horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracturing would enhance productivity.

NOTE REGARDING A SAYER PROCESS
On each and every offering brochure generated by Sayer, you will note the sentence “Sayer Energy Advisors does not conduct a “second-round” bidding process; the intention is to attempt to conclude a sale of the Property with the party submitting the most acceptable proposal at the conclusion of the process.” What this means is that Sayer will not go back to multiple parties at the same time after bids are received, asking them all for a second bid. We determine which party submitted the most acceptable proposal and then we attempt to negotiate acceptable terms with that party in a “one-off” situation.
If the process involves a cash sale of a property or company and the party which submitted the most acceptable proposal has met our client’s threshold value, that offer will be accepted. If this proposal does not meet our client’s threshold value, then we will advise that party that the offer is not quite what our client was expecting, and we will ask them to increase the offer. If that offer is not acceptable to our client, we will then move down to the party which submitted the next most acceptable proposal and we will then work with that party to attempt to meet our client’s threshold value.
In the extremely rare circumstance where two or more parties submit virtually identical proposals, we will contact all parties, we will advise them of this situation and we will ask them to submit a revised proposal. Once these are received, we will work with the party which has submitted the most acceptable proposal. If the process involves a cash sale of a property or company and the party which submitted the most acceptable proposal has met our client’s threshold value, that offer will be accepted.
